Isolation and Molecular Characterization of the Naringinase Producing Micro-organisms for the Bio-transformation of Flavonoid

Naringin is a flavanone found in citrus fruits and vegetables which are responsible for the asperity, due to fruit unable consume from we get valuable nutrition our body. To overcome this asperity fruits, present investigation carried out, provides detailed report of isolation screening naringinase producing micro-organisms different samples collected Kalyan -Karnataka region, India. A sum around 50 strains were isolated 20 showed positive result activity, among obtained 42 fungi remaining 8 bacteria good moderate results preliminary by 1% FeCl3 method, further 5 isolates activity submerged fermentation assayed Spectrophotometric method.
